What kind of events can you cater for?
Dan specializes in creating bespoke private dining experiences for groups of eight or more. He's also available for larger events, including luxury brand events and corporate functions.

How far in advance do I need to book?
While there's no strict deadline, Dan's schedule fills up quickly. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, Dan can accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice. For common requests like vegetarian or gluten-free meals, seven days is usually enough. For more complex requests like vegan or dairy-free menus, we ask for at least 14 days' notice.

What's included in the price?
The price includes a private chef, sous chef, and maitre d' for the evening. You'll also get a five-course tasting menu, tailored to your preferences and discussed in your quote. Plus, we'll handle full table setup with cutlery, napkins, and crockery, and printed menus. Please note that glassware and drink service aren't included, but we can add drink servers and glassware for an additional fee.

How does the booking process work?
To book, simply fill out the inquiry form on our website. Once submitted, our admin team will receive a notification and personally handle your booking.

Can I customize the menu?
While our menus are set, we can make small changes to accommodate dietary needs and preferences. Each booking is bespoke, so feel free to discuss your requirements with us.

Is there a travel fee?
Yes, mileage is charged at 45 pence per mile from Preston, Lancashire.

What are the payment and deposit terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due six weeks before the event. We accept bank transfer or credit card payments.
